Add your phone number to the U.S. national do not call list

• go to “https://www.donotcall.gov”
• click the “Register Now” link

Next you have to enter in the phone number you want blocked from telemarketing calls.

• enter your “Area Code” (e.g. 555) into the “Area Code:” textbox
• enter your “phone num no area code” (e.g. 555-5555) into the “Phone:” textbox
• enter your “e-mail address” into the “Email Address:” textbox
• enter your “e-mail address” (e.g. kotan@us.ibm.com) into the “Confirm Email Address:” textbox
• click the “Submit” button
• click the “Register” button
• you will now have to open your email. Look for an email from donotcall.gov and click it to confirm your registration
